Very nice hotel on the beach. Just recently remodeled with new pools. They also have a basketball court in the Pickleball court. A game room. And if you’re a Diamond member you get breakfast for free, which is an awesome benefit. The service for food at the pool was excellent.

Absolutely lovely stay at the Conrad! We booked a beachfront suite on a Black Friday sale and found out we had been upgraded upon check-in to a penthouse suite. Unreal! It was a magical, relaxing trip. Great location right on the beach and beautiful grounds. Restaurants were consistently good and the private beach dinner we booked was nothing short of magical. Drinks were mostly very good, but we did have a couple that felt very light on the booze, but overall it was very nice, especially the bartenders at adult only pool bar. Since we’d booked a suite we had butler service included. It was definitely the weirdest part of our stay. On the website they talk about the butler greeting you when you arrive and being constantly at your service. The reality was we were assigned a butler that was off 2 of the 5 days we were there and we didn’t meet her until our 3rd day at the resort. It was a strange experience. I think they need to work out a few of the kinks with offering that level of service. But, it’s also not anything that wouldn’t keep us from coming back. We’d love to come back and relax again!

This hotel is absolutely spectacular. It is impeccably clean, and the design is very stylish and practical. Every single employee that we encountered was a delight and gave absolutely amazing customer service. Beginning from Laura at the front desk, to Juan Carlos and Daniel from the activity center. We received amazing service from Tanya and Ricardo at the pool. Leo was our favorite employee, serving us when we were at the beach, was super kind and personable. Codex was the most expensive restaurant on the property and was by far the best service. All of the restaurants had decent food though, and convenient hours. For the first four days of our stay, the property was so relaxing and quiet. The last few days there were a couple of groups that had arrived so it got a lot more crowded and louder, which was not the vibe we were going for, but we’re grateful that we got to experience the calm before the storm. This is definitely the kind of place you go to stay if you are not really planning on leaving. They do have lots of things to do on the property, such as Pickleball, tennis, the activity center has a bunch of games, and every day they have a new cooking class so we did the mole class which was amazing, and the meat master class. Other than that, though, on the website they give you options of things to do but a lot of it you have to travel all the way back to Puerto Vallarta for which will be like a 2 Hour Dr. round-trip, which is realistically too much. There is a place nearby called Vista Paraiso, which has activities, but that is pretty much the only place. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and the staff are top notch, making us feel super welcomed.

My stay at the Conrad Punta de Mita was overall a wonderful experience. I spent five days at the resort and truly had a great time enjoying the beach, the beautiful property, and the relaxed atmosphere. The resort itself is stunning—well designed, spacious, and thoughtfully integrated with the natural beauty of Punta de Mita. The beach experience was fantastic, and it was easy to spend long days simply enjoying the ocean, the pools, and the peaceful surroundings. During my stay, I unfortunately suffered an injury and had to utilize the medical services arranged through the concierge. While the medical care was quite expensive, the response and professionalism of the medical team were outstanding. The concierge coordinated everything quickly, and the care I received was efficient, attentive, and reassuring during a stressful moment. Service across the property was consistently excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly committed to making guests feel taken care of. The only area I felt could be improved is the number of dining options available on property. While the restaurants that are there are good, after several days it would be nice to have a bit more variety. Overall, it was a really memorable stay. Between the beautiful setting, great service, and overall experience, I would absolutely consider returning.

Just checked out of The Conrad Punta de Mita after arriving on 3/4/26 from Chicago. Our experience was nothing but spectacular. I am a 28 year old female and never once felt unsafe. The service staff were incredibly attentive and professional. Rooms were immaculate. We spent most of our time at the beach and water was perfect and sand free of rocks or debris. If you’re a couple or family considering your spring break - I highly recommend this hotel! We even spent a morning in Sayulita where we took a $10 Uber each way - perfect morning.

For a high-end stay with all the creature comforts and no unpleasant surprises, this hotel and it's location and services is hard to beat. My partner and I found our room to be ultra quiet, spacious and uber-comfortable. What impressed us most though was the staff at every level from housekeeping, the shop, agave tasting, pool/beach and restaurant service -- all were exceptionally polite, professional, chatty when invited to be, and more than attentive. It's the kind of place where when you look up, someone comes to inquire how they can help. Special praise due in Jan 2026 to Aimarany at beach/pool, Eric at desayuno, Leonardo, Ulysees, Guiermo at the Mesquite beachfront restaurant (great atmosphere & food especially for sundown!), the manager, Tristán, runs things very well and did us the favor of introducing us to some delightful Mexican wines. This was after a really educational agave spirits tasting directed by Jajibe (very charming) and his well-informed and really delightful protégée Daniela who poured for us. My sincerest thanks to each and all, and the others less-known to me who made our stay so lovely.

Stayed for 4 days. This place is beautiful, well-maintained, and more of a relaxing vibe. Stayed in the oceanfront suite with a plunge pool and the room was huge. Reserved a cabana both nights which was pricey but got a bit of a discount with the suite reservation. Breakfast was buffet style and included in the suite reservation as well. Staff here are wonderful. We ended up seeing whales 2x as they like to swim by the resort . If you are looking for a very relaxing and laid back stay with amazing food and drinks this is your spot.

Just got back from my first stay here and it was absolutely perfect! The staff is so attentive, helpful and accommodating. The resort itself is beautiful with direct access to the beach and the views around the property are stunning. One huge plus for me was how accommodating they were with dietary restrictions. Every restaurant asked about allergies/restrictions before bringing complimentary items to the table. My husband and I had a great time and would love to visit I again.
